The Association of Ship Brokers and Agents tanker voyage charter party, one of the two dominant printed forms in the crude and product trades alongside SHELLVOY. It fixes freight on the Worldscale basis, sets the laytime and demurrage regime, and carries the standard tanker clauses for notice of readiness, pumping, and heating. Brokers fix many spot tanker cargoes on ASBATANKVOY terms amended by a rider clause set.
