DCSA (Digital Container Shipping Association)

The Digital Container Shipping Association (DCSA) is a neutral, non-profit standards body for container shipping, founded in 2019 by Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, and Hapag-Lloyd; ONE, Evergreen, Yang Ming, ZIM, and HMM joined as members. Headquartered in Amsterdam, it publishes open, royalty-free standards and OpenAPI definitions for Track and Trace, Booking, the electronic bill of lading (eBL), and Just-in-Time Port Call, so carriers, shippers, and ports exchange data without proprietary lock-in. DCSA members carry the large majority of global container capacity.
