Maritime enterprise resource planning (ERP) is integrated back-office software that links a shipowner or manager’s chartering, voyage accounting, bunkering, planned maintenance, crewing, procurement, and finance into one data model. Distinct products cover the split: Veson IMOS for commercial and voyage management, and DNV ShipManager or ABS Nautical Systems for technical, maintenance, and inventory functions. ERP feeds and consumes noon-report, performance, and emissions data, and supports CII and EU MRV reporting workflows. The term describes a software category, not a regulatory standard.
