LR Foundation Training Grants

Education and research funding from Lloyd’s Register Foundation, a UK charity registered in 2012 with the mission of engineering a safer world. The Foundation, the owner of the Lloyd’s Register classification group, funds engineering safety research, skills, and education from the group’s profits; it has supported more than 450 projects with a grants portfolio above 220 million pounds, through schemes including small grants up to 10,000 pounds, academic networking grants, and larger funding calls. It funds safety and education projects, not individual STCW certificate courses.
