Use at your own risk

Every calculator and wiki article on this site cites its regulatory source. The cited source is authoritative. ShipCalculators.com makes a best-effort attempt to render those sources accurately and to keep them current as MEPC resolutions, EU regulations, and class-society notations are updated. Errors and omissions are inevitable in a corpus of this scale; the site is provided “as is” without warranty.

For any compliance-relevant calculation (CII rating, EU ETS liability, FuelEU penalty, EEDI/EEXI verification, NOx Tier compliance, etc.), verify your number against the underlying regulatory text and, where applicable, your classification society’s interpretation. The site cites the source on every calculator precisely so this verification step is one click away.
