Reefer Container Ship CII

CII for container ships with significant reefer plug capacity. Uses container_ship reference (a=1984, c=0.489) - but reefer aux load typically adds 10–25 % to aux-engine fuel, pushing CII up unless offset by higher capacity utilisation or low-carbon fuel.
