Hong Kong-based ship management and seafarer training group.

Anglo-Eastern Univan Group is a Hong Kong third-party ship manager formed by the August 2015 merger of Anglo-Eastern (founded 1974) and Univan, briefly carrying the combined name. Headquartered in Kowloon Bay, it manages more than 740 vessels under full technical management and crews them with over 39,000 seafarers, supported by roughly 2,200 shore staff. It runs its own cadet academy in Mumbai and training centers, making it one of the largest independent ship managers and a major STCW-aligned training provider.
