Belzona repair compound

Belzona repair compounds are cold-curing, two-part polymer composites used for in-situ metal rebuilding, corrosion protection, and elastomer repair aboard ship without hot work. Founded in 1952, Belzona supplies the marine industry with epoxy metal composites such as Belzona 1311 (Ceramic R-Metal) and 1111 (Super Metal) for rebuilding pump casings, pintles, and bearing housings, plus 1212 for wet, oil-contaminated, and underwater surfaces and 2141 elastomer for rudder and kort-nozzle cavitation damage. Because the cure is cold, the repair avoids welding heat, post-weld inspection, and gas-freeing, which cuts vessel downtime on tank, pipe, and shaft repairs.
