Dubai Maritime City

A purpose-built maritime cluster on a reclaimed peninsula in Dubai, UAE, developed by DP World’s parent group and now under the Dubai Maritime City Authority’s regulatory remit. It concentrates ship and yacht repair (the former Dubai Drydocks World area sits adjacent), marine services, design offices, and maritime training in one zone. Dubai Maritime City pairs with Jebel Ali and the Port of Dubai to position the emirate as a Gulf maritime hub for repair, bunkering, and ship management.
