SIEM/SOC capability for fleet.

Event detection and response is the detect-and-respond capability a fleet operates to spot and contain cyber events across shipboard and shore IT/OT networks, typically built on a security information and event management (SIEM) platform feeding a security operations center (SOC). It implements the Detect and Respond functions of the framework behind IMO MSC-FAL.1/Circ.3 and the IACS UR E26 requirement for logging, monitoring, and recovery. Onboard, the constraint is intermittent satellite bandwidth, so detection logic often runs locally and forwards alerts on connection.
