KVH maritime communications training is e-learning and crew-development content distributed through KVH Industries, the Rhode Island satellite-communications provider, largely via Videotel, the maritime training-media company KVH acquired in 2014. The catalog covers safety, regulatory compliance, and crew welfare delivered over KVH’s VSAT connectivity rather than seafarer competency certification. It is vendor-provided continuing training, not an STCW certificate-of-competency course.
