OK Dinghy

The OK Dinghy is a single-handed racing dinghy designed by Knud Olsen in 1957, 4.00 m (13 ft) long with an unstayed mast, a single 8.25 square metre mainsail, no jib or spinnaker, and a hard-chine plywood-style hull sailed with hiking. Originally conceived as a trainer for the Finn, it became an international class in its own right and is recognized by World Sailing, with active fleets in northern Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. It is not an Olympic class.
