Yale Sailing Team

The Yale sailing program races through the Yale Corinthian Yacht Club, established in 1881 at Branford, Connecticut, the oldest collegiate sailing club in the world. It competes in the Intercollegiate Sailing Association in fleet and team racing aboard 420s, FJs, and other dinghies; sailing became a varsity sport at Yale in 2002. Yale is one of the most decorated US college sailing teams, a regular contender for ICSA national dinghy and team-racing titles.
