BIMCO Cyber Security Workbook

The BIMCO Cyber Security Workbook for On Board Ship Use is the practical companion to the multi-association Guidelines on Cyber Security Onboard Ships, co-published with ICS, INTERTANKO, INTERCARGO, OCIMF and others. It gives the ship’s cyber team a structured method to identify systems, assess vulnerabilities and threats, set controls, and record an incident-response and recovery plan, supporting compliance with IMO Resolution MSC.428(98), which requires cyber risk to sit inside the ISM safety management system. It is reissued alongside successive Guidelines editions (the fourth Guidelines edition appeared in 2020).
