Crew List

The standardized document listing every crew member aboard with name, rank, nationality, date and place of birth, and travel-document details, used in port clearance, immigration, and security screening. It is FAL Form 5 under the IMO Convention on Facilitation of International Maritime Traffic (FAL Convention, 1965, as amended), one of the standard forms a ship submits on arrival and departure. Since 2024 these forms must be exchanged electronically through a Maritime Single Window under FAL.
