International Maritime Museum Hamburg in the historic Kaispeicher B.
The International Maritime Museum Hamburg, opened 2008 in Kaispeicher B, the oldest surviving warehouse in Hamburg’s port, built 1879. It holds the Peter Tamm collection of roughly 40,000 model ships, marine paintings, uniforms, and instruments across nine exhibition decks. The building sits in HafenCity beside the historic Speicherstadt warehouse district.
