The Global Integrated Shipping Information System is the IMO’s online platform consolidating data that Member States are required to report, including port reception facilities, ship and company particulars, casualties, piracy incidents, and recognized organizations. Parts are public; others require registered access. It supports the implementation and enforcement of IMO instruments by making mandatory notifications searchable.
