Inland Lake Yachting Association

The Inland Lake Yachting Association governs scow and one-design racing on inland lakes of the US upper Midwest, founded in 1897. It administers the A, C, E and MC scow classes, fast flat-bottomed centerboard boats with bilge boards built for light inland air, and runs the annual Inland Lake Championship regatta known as the ILYA Championship. Its territory spans Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and neighboring states, not the Great Lakes proper.
