The Museum of London Docklands, opened 2003 in a Grade I listed Georgian sugar warehouse of 1802 at West India Quay on the Isle of Dogs. It documents the history of the Port of London from Roman Londinium to the closure of the upstream docks, including the London Sugar and Slavery gallery. The warehouse is one of the few survivors of the original West India Docks, opened 1802.
