Oil Record Book Part II

Oil Record Book Part II records cargo and ballast operations on oil tankers of 150 GT and above under MARPOL Annex I, including loading, internal transfer, discharge, crude oil washing, ballasting and deballasting of cargo tanks, and disposal of residues. It complements Part I, which covers machinery-space operations, and is examined closely during port-state control and tanker vetting.
