Xiamen Maritime Cluster

The maritime concentration at Xiamen, a coastal city in Fujian, China, and a major container port handled by Xiamen Port Group. It groups container and bulk shipping, cross-strait trade with Taiwan, ship pilotage, and MET through Xiamen Maritime College and Jimei University. Xiamen runs a free-trade zone and a maritime-affairs program, supporting Chinese container lines and feeder services on the southeast China coast alongside the larger hubs at Shenzhen and Ningbo-Zhoushan.
