The official EU portal, maintained by the Council and the Commission, that catalogs every EU restrictive-measures regime by country and legal basis. It links each regime to its founding Council Decision and implementing Regulation and to the listed persons, entities, and sectors. It is a navigation aid, not the legal source; the binding designations sit in the EU consolidated list. Operators use it to identify which Council Regulation governs a given trade restriction before screening counterparties.
