Warsash Maritime School

A UK officer-training college that is part of Solent University, Southampton, with roots at the Warsash site dating to 1902. It delivers deck, engineering, and STCW safety courses approved by the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency, including cadet schemes leading to an FdSc or BSc (Hons) Nautical Science and the Officer of the Watch certificate of competency (STCW Regulation II/1). Its East Park Terrace simulation center holds full-mission bridge, engine, and high-voltage simulators and GMDSS suites; safety training runs from the Warsash campus.
