International Seafarers' Welfare and Assistance Network, registered UK charity.
The International Seafarers’ Welfare and Assistance Network is a UK-registered charity that coordinates seafarer welfare worldwide, running the multilingual SeafarerHelp 24-hour helpline, welfare research, and the management of port welfare boards. ISWAN’s work on mental health, abandonment, and connectivity supports the welfare standards of the Maritime Labour Convention 2006. It is the coordinating body across the faith-based and secular welfare organizations.
