ORC Club

ORC Club is a simplified handicap certificate within the Offshore Racing Congress rating system, derived from the same velocity prediction program as the full ORC International certificate but built from owner-declared rather than measured boat data. It lets cruiser-racers obtain a rating without a full official measurement, at lower cost and accuracy, for club-level scoring. ORC is the offshore handicap authority that grew from the IOR and IMS lineage and is recognized by World Sailing.
