Technical Cooperation Committee.
The Technical Cooperation Committee coordinates the IMO’s work in helping developing states build the capacity to implement maritime conventions. It oversees the Integrated Technical Cooperation Programme, funded largely through voluntary trust funds, and supports training institutions such as the World Maritime University and the IMO International Maritime Law Institute.
