Voyage Manager

The voyage manager is the commercial-operations role that coordinates the logistics of a single voyage or trade: cargo bookings, port rotation, bunker stems, and the laytime and demurrage account. The role works between the chartering desk and the ship, ensuring the voyage executes against the charter party terms. It overlaps with the operations manager role, with voyage manager the more voyage-specific title used in tanker and bulk trades.
