Windsurf, iQFoil

The iQFoil is the foiling windsurfing class chosen for the 2024 Olympic Games, replacing the non-foiling RS:X. The rider stands on a board fitted with a hydrofoil under a one-design rig, and once up on the foil the gear flies above the water at high speed in winds from light to strong. Races combine foiling slalom, course, and marathon formats. It is the Olympic windsurfing equipment for both the men’s and women’s events.
