AFS Convention 2001
The IMO International Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-fouling Systems on Ships, which prohibited tributyltin antifouling paints worldwide from 17 September 2008.

BWM 2017 Amendments

Ballast Water Exchange Standard requiring at least 95 percent volumetric exchange of ballast water.

IMO treaty on the safety of fishing vessels of 24 m and over, requiring ratification by 22 states with at least 3,600 qualifying vessels to enter into force, still pending as of 2026.

CLC 1969

Fund 1971 Termination
