Abandonment of Salvage
Voluntary cessation of salvage services by the contractor before a useful result is obtained, governed by termination provisions in the LOF and LSSA Clauses.
Acceptance of LOF
Master's signature on the Lloyd's Open Form binding owners of vessel and cargo to salvage on a no cure, no pay basis.
Access to Casualty

Allision
