- Thrust bearing

- Tickler Boiler
- Informal term for a very small auxiliary boiler used for limited steam supply.

- Lever attached to the rudder stock transmitting steering gear actuator force.
- Tin Bronze Impeller
- Pump impeller material used in seawater service for corrosion resistance.
- Top Discharge (Separator)
- Configuration in which clean oil is removed from the top of the separator bowl.
- Total Discharge
- Full empty-bowl cleaning cycle of a centrifugal separator.
- Transfer pump
- Pump moving liquid between tanks, often gear or screw type.
- Trim Pump
- Pump used to adjust ballast or fuel trim by transferring fluid between tanks.
- Trochoid Pump
- Positive displacement pump with internal rotor of trochoidal geometry, used for some lube oil duty.
- Tubular Boiler
- Common term for fire-tube boiler with shell-and-tube arrangement.
- Turbine-Driven Pump
- Pump driven by a steam turbine, used for high-power services such as cargo and feed water.
