- Sashimi-grade at -60 C; non-sashimi typically -18 to -25 C.

- Zero-headspace
- Loading pattern with cargo extending to ceiling; impedes airflow and is generally avoided.
- Zone, plug
- Bay or row on vessel or in terminal allocated for reefer connections, with dedicated breakers and monitoring.
